It is important to offer the correct value to your recipient. If you offer copying services and you also sell light bulbs, then you need to consider separating your email list into 2 separate lists (groups).

Identifying the purchasing preferences of your clients when they make a purchase from you is very important. If your copying service client has purchased only copying services from you, then you should only offer them those services. The same goes for the light bulb side of your business. Your client is going to feel important that you are offering them a loyalty message that will accomplish these 2 things for your business.

  1. The client will have your brand awareness in front of them in addition to the times they go online or come into your business.

  2. The client is more likely to purchase from you sooner rather than later because you stayed in front of them by offering the things that they needed anyways.
