Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE) is a violation of ViperMailer's Terms
of Service agreement which we take very seriously.
ViperMailer employs strict policies that forbids the use of our service
for sending out unsolicited or commercial emails. This includes emails that
promote/sell a product or service, or emails that contain invalid (forged) sender
information. All our customers agree to our Terms of Service Agreement
that includes these strict anti-spam policies.

ISPs and Mail Administrators - PLEASE READ

If you are an Inernet Service Provider (ISP) or a Mail Administrator and have
identified spam violations or abuse from one of our our customers, please
free to contact us via the Contact Us form here
or contact us via phone at (760) 320-1414.
We keep detailed logs of all activity on our system and monitor all mailers leaving
our network so we will be able to work with you immediately to confirm any potential
email abuse and rectify any problems.

End Users - PLEASE READ
|
If you are a user that received an email from one of our customers and would
like to be removed from their list, please click on the opt-out (unsubscribe)
link at the bottom of the email you received. This opt-out link is automatically
inserted by our ViperMailer system so it is a safe link to click on and will
immediately remove you from our customer's list. If you have any questions,
please feel free to email us via our Contact Us form
here.
If you continue to receive email from one of our customers even after clicking on
the opt-out (unsubscribe) link, please contact us and we will investigate this
problem immediately and ensure that you receive no further emails from this
customer.
